Family Bakery School is a enterprise operating a vocational training school specializing in food production, particularly bread making, cake and cafe decoration, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The company was established on 14 September 2016 and was officially registered as a business on 10 September 2024. Family Bakery School Website Family Bakery School provides three main services to meet customer and market demands: Professional training courses in bread making and cake decoration Retail bakery shop selling bread and cakes Supply of bakery production machines, bakery equipment, and baking materials The company was founded by four Cambodian investors and entrepreneurs with the goal of contributing to the development of Cambodia’s food industry and creating employment opportunities for Cambodian youth. Since its establishment, Family Bakery School has successfully trained 178 students. After graduation, many students have gained employment at bakeries and cake shops throughout Cambodia, while some have opened their own bakery businesses in Phnom Penh and other provinces. In addition, Family Bakery School produces bread for distribution to marts, coffee shops, and for sale at its own bakery store. The bakery shop operates daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Production staff may choose to begin work from 3:00 AM onwards to ensure the preparation of fresh bakery products for customers.
