Family Bakery School is a company with a vocational training school in the food industry (Bread & Cake) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Family Bakery School was founded in 2015 and registered on September 10, 2024. Family Bakery School offers 3 services to meet the needs of customers: 1. Bread and Cake Courses 2. Cake and Bread Shop 3. Supply Shop (Ingredients of Breads and Cakes). Family Bakery School was founded by 4 Cambodian investors (Khmer businessmen). Since the establishment of the school until today, Family Bakery has trained 178 students. Graduates go to work in bread & cake shops in Cambodia. Some students have opened their own bakery shops in Phnom Penh and in the provinces. Family Bakery School produces bread for distribution to supermarkets, coffee shops, and for sale in its own family bakery. Family Bakery School is open for bread & cake from 6am to 8pm every day. The bakery staff can choose to work from 3am onwards.
